All Credit card payments are handled securely through PayPal and your credit/debit card information is not stored anywhere on this site.

Privacy of Children on Our Website
Our Website is not intended for use by children under the age of 14, and we will not knowingly collect any information from any person below the age of 14.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with all labels within 14 days of receipt. After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Please note that in the case of goods qualifying for free delivery ie orders over £100, the refund will be made net of shipping costs initially absorbed by Wrights Clothing. For orders under £100, refunds will be made net of the difference between shipping charges paid by the customer and the actual amount paid by Wrights Clothing, where the actual amount is greater. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Wrights Clothing Limited is not liable for the cost of returning items.

EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Please follow the ‘Return an Item’ procedure for the return of the item you would like to exchange. You can purchase the new item at any time as a separate transaction. Alternatively, assuming the value of the item to be exchanged is identical, there should be no need for further financial transactions (excluding any shipping charges) and you will be informed by email with regard to the progress of the exchange. We will communicate with you at all times to ensure any issues are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
